Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Hello,

An employee of a very high end university called my grandmother from the school office to question and harass her about her significant other who had passed away. She represented herself as being from the school and began to insult my grandmother as well As question the will to find out who got what and who all knew and was quite vulgar on the phone. What legally can I do about this issue?
