I am a Nurse ( History back in 93 a nursing home I was work

all got settlements
New- This home has gone bankrupt bought by another company.I applied for a job as a Nurse- I was honest and
mention the prior sitution. All of the sudden the person
who was interviewing told me that they can not hire me.
Because I have sued the company before..... I never worked

Re: improper conduct of a Nursing Home
What's your question? Can you sue again? That is extremely doubtful. It's still legal to be insensitive, an a-hole, or to rufuse to hire someone who sued their employer before.
Never tell an employer you sued an employer before. DO NOT LIE, but don't be silly enough to volunteer that info.
