Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Inheritance

My Father is deceased. My Mother changed her will leaving a large sum of stocks to her 4 grandchildren. Two of those children are mine - two my sisters. My sister ''took'' all of Mother's stock certificates to a brokerage firm and had them put into a different account without my knowledge. My Mother is still alive but suffers from some dimentia. She unknowingly signed over the stock certificates. What legal course of action do I have at this time?
