Job Seperation

I need a lawyer to represent me in a dispute of money I feel I don't owe from a job seperation. The Job said they over paid me. Due to a forced resignation resulting from a background check with no fault of mine was no longer able to work.

If you performed the work and were paid at the agreed upon salary of wage for that work, then you should not be required to pay your employer back.
