Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

judgement

I was a co-signer for a car for my,now husband. Awhile after we bought car,he had to fill BK. The car was re=poed before BK went thru. Now,they have a judgement on me for money. How long can they wait to file a judgement in this kind of case? Can they attach my wages? Thanks!!

I can't address the BK issues as it is not part of may practice. If they have a verdict in their favor against you they may file a judgment at any time. If you are a resident of Pennsylvania, I doubt they will be able to attach your wages.
