The leafs from the trees fall down on the neighbor's property

My neighbor has opened the Civil Complain in the District Coourt against my family for the leafs, which fall down over the my fence to his property. He wants the compensation for clearing his property. Does he have a writes to that? If yes, how may defense myself?

You asked about a civil complaint that a neighbor filed regarding leaves falling onto a neighbor's property.

If you have children, let them learn about the legal system by developing a case for this matter. Based on what you've stated there is no basis for a remedy. Your neighbor should be thrown out of court for even bringing this matter up. That said, you must appear and be prepared to defend this matter. If you fail to appear the judge could find you in default. If you fail to prepare you could be found liable because the neighbor makes a better case.

You'll need to do some research and preparation to defend on this matter. Of course an attorney could handle it more easily.
