Lease agreement

I signed a one year lease agreement for an apartment in NJ with another person. I laid out the one month security and first months rent, the other person was to pay me back. We are both on the lease. The other person does not move in, does not honor the lease leaving me with 1700.00 rent a month. Can I take her to court and is there any way I could not win this judgement?

did the other person sign the lease? if so, you have a good case. call us and we can take it on a contigency (we only get paid if we win and its only a % of the winnings).
