Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

legal binding contracts

i have a legal binding contract with a previous employer stating payment dates and amount of payments. i have yet to receive payments and it's way past the deadline also we had an agreement to how much i would be making and all of a sudden he refuses to pay me what was promised to me and canceled my last job at the last minute putting me in financial hardship. what do i do?
