Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Do I have legal recourse

I recently visited a Sleepys retail matress store. There was one person working, and 2 costomers ahead of me. After about 10 minutes the store employee asked me what I what I needed. I told her and she said she would be with me in a few moments. She went on to help the other customers. After about 20 minutes she said she would be right with me and I responed with ''i'm ready when you are'' To which she replied can't you see I have other customers. I replied ''there's no need to be rude, all I said was I am ready when you are.'' She then said ''thats what your words said, but thats not what the look on your face said.'' I then said ''you know what, I will take my business elsewhere.'' She said ''good, get out of my store.'' I replied with ''I would like your name, or your business card, and the name of your manager.'' She then told me to get out or she was calling the police and having me arrested. She dialed 911 and told the cops I was acting in a menacing manner and she felt threatened. I thn asked her agin for her name and card and said please. I picked up a card off the desk and she followed me out the store and threatened me again with having me arrested for theft.

Re: Do I have legal recourse

Even if you have a cause of action, I don't think it is worth your time and effort. Maybe someone else has a different opinion.
