Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Libel and Slander
My ex-partner, both in business & personal life, is trashing my reputation all over town. She is especially hurting my business since 5 clients have taken their business away from me in the past week.
How can I make her stop???

You seem if the facts as you relate are accurate and if the information that is being given to others is false to have a claim against your former partner. You should speak with an attorney immediately because the time limits for bringing a claim are much less than other claims. If you would like to consult with my office regarding this matter please contact my office.

By posting in the category you did, with that title, it seems like you already know one option. Defamation is actionable in Pennsylvania, as is intentional interference with contractual relations.
You should speak with a defamation attorney or civil litigation and trial attorney. You can find attorneys through this site, through the Pennsylvania Bar Association, through services like Martindale Hubbell, or through other attorneys you know. I've handled cases like these before, I'd be happy to review your's.
Frequently these matters can be resolved informally, without litigation, with the involvement of third parties like attorneys. Either way, you should have an attorney advise you on your rights. Keep in mind that defamation, like all claims, has a time limit in which it must be asserted, most commonly one year.
