Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
i was the lone "Hold OUt" Juror in a murder trial that ended yesterday in a mistrial. Would it be inappropriate for me to contact either or both sides of counsel to discuss the mistrial with them and as to why i held out
