Can I sue in small cliams court for lost wages or

aggravation from the company that i am suing in the state of

PA???

You neglect to say why you are suing the company.

If you are suing the company for personal injuries, then you can recover for lost wages and aggravation. If you are suing the company for other reasons (brach of contract, discrimination, or something else) then it depends. Small claims court it is generally reserved for minor disputes not involving a great deal of money. I really need more informaton as to the nature of your lawsuit.
