Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

during our marriage my wife destroyed the transmission in my car. It just happen to take place on a snowy morning where we argued about her not wanting to go to work. I think she did it out of malice for her need to go to work. She had the car towed to a local shop we use where it sat for a month or two with no charges. Since then it has been sitting at her brother's shop for nearly 4 years untouched. Now we are getting divorced. Can I sue her for intentional damage in Pa?

Even if the fact you allege are true. Most importantly it was your car and not marital property. It doesn't matter The statute of limitations on torts is 2 years. So you can't sue her.
