minor name change
Hello I'M 20 YEAR OLD, LIVING IN PA I WISH TOO CHANGE MY NAME IS IT TRUE THAT WHEN IN COMES TO CHANGING NAMES I'M STILL CONSIDERED A MINOR,AND IF SO HOW DO CHANGE MY NAME I HAVE MY MOTHERS SUPPORT DO I NEED HER PERMISSION.MY FATHER IS DECEASED.SO WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

You should not have any difficulty in having this done. The procedure is detailed, requiring submission of fingerprints, having judgment searches done, and publishing legal notices of the proposed name change.
