Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
mother-in-law gave us some of her old hand-made teakwood furniture in 2008. We separated in 2009, Her mother now wants it back. I have been taking care of the furniture since. Can I charge her reasonable costs for my time and storage of furniture?

No. However, you can keep the furniture. If it was given as a gift it's yours. Unless she told you it was only on loan. If you want more details just call.
