Negative Publicity

I own a business. An employee is angry for an unknown reason and is broadcasting negative information about my business on ''my space'' emails. What can I do?

You can fire the employee. You may also have a cause of action against the employee for defamation if the information is untrue. Even if the information is true, you may have other causes of action if the information is confidential or trade secrets.
