Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My neighbor was shooting off fireworks they landed on the solar cover of our pool and burned a hole.I reported it to the local police who made a report. Now last night the same thing another hole from their fireworks.Can I do something?

First send a letter, demanding that he cease shooting fireworks because of the damage. Then repair the hole and send the bill to the neighbor. Include a letter giving him a certain number of days to reimburse you for the damage. If he doesn't pay, then sue him in small claims court. Good luck.
