A non-paying bidder on Ebay
I sold a refigerator from my old appartment on ebay. In the auction it was clearly written it was available from May 10 - May 15. I had contact with the winning bidder and she said her husband would pick up and pay for the fidge on Sunday the 12th and noon. I was there from 11am-130pm and nobody showed. I have since emailed the winning bidder and have received no response. My lease has now passed and I don't have access to my fridge anymore since I left it behind. Do I have a case in small-claims court, and is it worth my time for $130?
