Notice of Appeal

How do i file a compliant in this appeal, I am the Appellee. Already won Judgement in Civil Court

If your talking about an appeal to superior court you don't file a complaint. What happens is the appellant files the paperwork to appeal. Once that is accepted they have to file a brief (a document stating why they are appealing the decision.) After they fill their brief you have 30 days to answer.

At this point if you don't have an attorney get one. Superior Court is no place for non attorneys, among other things you need to find case law that supports your position. Not an easy task for a lawyer.
