Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Hi, my parents recently had a big problem when a "person unknown" called up soem of the services they use ,claimed to be them,and canceled said services....This included power and prescriptions...

The power company says they wont say who called them,they say they know, but wont release the information as "its against their company policy"...Weve been told we can force them with a subpoena,but we dont know how

To get a subpoena you are going to have to sue them to get a court case first. So time actually go see a real live attorney.
