What does your written contract say? Do have a written contract?

Next what does the buyer say? Have contacted the buyer?

The problem with your question is it lacks much of a fact pattern. For example has the buyer said you get the rest of you money the 12th of Never?

Or does you contract cover this potential problem? Or will we have to look at the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by Pennsylvania for gap fillers to provide the missing terms.
