Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
I am a Pennsylvania corporation and I do business in Alaska. We provided services to an Alaskan hospital and had an agreement with them for a 3 year contract with discounts. If, at any time, they wanted to cancel our services, they were to give us 3 months notice, and pay the discounted difference thus far. This Alaskan hospital cancelled the month of, and told us that they do not owe us anything. What to do?? Thanks!

If your contract with them didn't address jurisdiction or venue you'll have to sue them in Alaska.
The bad news is unless the contract says you get attorneys fees you have to pay for your attorney.

Agreed. Your contract should have a provision in it that any disputes arising under the contract shall be brought in the courts of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the laws of Pennsylvania shall apply. Unless the contract was performed in PA, you are limited to suing in the courts of Alaska.
Where is the hospital incorporated?
Did a lawyer draft your contract?
