Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Personel discrimination

I was told that I have a one hour limit in a truck stop restaurant that I eat dinner at almost every night. I was not given a reason for this limit. There was no incident of any kind and I was singled out with a friend of mine who also eats there every day. I feel we are being discriminated against since other people who are there drinking coffee for hours on end were not told they must leave in one hour. My question is do I have a possible case against the restaurant ? There are no signs on the menu about a time limit or any posted..Thankyou..Joe Garvey

Re: Personel discrimination

Unless you are being discriminated against because of race, sex, disability, etc., you can't bring a discrimination suit against the truck stop. The owner of a business held open to the publice can generally establish whatever rules will apply in his establishment. You have not been denied service, and there really is nothing you can do, except take your business elsewhere.
