my live in boyfriend was evicted from my property with a protection from abuse order.If the judge overturns the order is he allowed back in my house.

There's really not enough information here to answer this. If he had some right to stay there through a lease or if he is one of the owners of the property and there is no PFA Order in effect then he may certainly move back in. On the other hand, if it is your property and he has no lease or other rights in the property you wouldn't have to let him back in.
