Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh, Pa -

1. When filing civil suit to reclaim property should i sue for only what i have of purchase even though far more is involved?

2. Consent agreement dated sept 18 2012 court of common pleas family divison. Do i file suit with district magistrate or the family divison?

1) That sounds like you're asking for Replivin which can only be filed at the common pleas court.

2) A consent agreement for what?

You questions makes me think the 2 issues are related though it's not clear how. If you want a correct answer you are going to have to give more details.
