placeing a mechcanical lean
what is the proceedure in placeing a mechcanical lean on a house that i did work to and now owner will not pay she admitts to oweing it she just said she cant pay it.

Mechanic's liens are very complicated & you have to do it in a timely manner. It will be very difficult to do yourself. I suggest you contact a local attorney who has experience in that area of the law.
