Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

pool table

My wife had a P.F.A against me and removed me from my house. During the time that I was out of the house, she sold our pool table in which she gave to me as a gift the year before. I confronted the guy to whom she had sold the pool table and he said it was none of my business. I am suing him at the magistrate level. He has countersued me on a frivolous lawsuit. He has admitted that he purchased the pool table for $500. Do I have a case?

Re: pool table

The guy who bought the pool table did nothing wrong. Nothing you can sue him for. He bought a pool table in an arms length transaction with an owner of the pool table.
