Purchase of motorcycle
My son made a written agreement to purchase a motorcycle. With 2300. down the title was to be relinquished & the remainder paid in installments. My son never received title & the bike is back in the hands of the original owner. My question, can he get back his deposit?

Yes, if an agreement was signed and the deposit was acknowledged. You simply file a civil complaint with your local Magisterial District Justice and getting a judgment should not be a problem. Collecting may be a different matter and if there was no agreement and no receipt, then it may even be difficult to get the judgment.
