Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I put my mail on hold because of a driveway I cannot clear at this time, mailman would not deliver. Post office said I cannot pick my mail up at the counter, that I have to release it for delivery, which then they in turn will not deliver and I cannot pick up at the counter.

Have you spoke to the local Postmaster. If you have, and he hasn't been of help, you should find out who the regional Postmaster is and file a written compalint with him. Alternatiely you should call your local congressman's office and explain the situation to them. In my experience, this can be very effective.
