Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Hi I Received A Citation In 2013 For Public Drunkenness The Case Is Closed Is That Consided A Criminal Case And If So Does It Give Me A Record And If So For How Long? I Was Not Arrested Or Jailed Just Fined.

In Answer to your question, "Public Drunkenness is considered a "summary offense" under 18 Pa. C.S. Section 5505 and does not give you a "criminal record". I hope that this has put your mind at ease.
