Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
I have received letter from an insurance company for claim they are paying to my former employer and stating that they will be trying to get the money from me, but there claim is based on allegations, because they are allegations can the insurance company sue me or charge me for a criminal charge? These allegations are based upon another employee that I worked with and is the person they should be suing. Also what is the statue of limitation that the employer may file charges against me?
