Sexual molestation inside a cult

I was young when a ranking member of Jehovah's Witnesses raped me. The church kept it hush and did not want the law to know because it was a ''bad witness''. My parents agreed. That is one circumstance of the abuse covered up in the church. Do I have a case?

While that is tragic more than likely the statute of limitation has run out. At least as far suing for damages. You should check with the local Police Department to see if there is some way to file criminal charges.
