Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I have a small business and have written contract with some business , I ran into a problem I think. I was adding a fuel charge this past summer to help cover cost One of my clients said if it is not in the contract he dose not have to pay this charge . Do i have the right to add extra charges to cover cost if it isnt in a written contract ? Who Is Right ?

Without knowing the details & reviewing the contract I cannot provide you with an answer. If it's a contract with a steady customer, it's likely you would need to give some reasonable advance notice of a price increase, unless the contract states otherwise. Again, I would need to review the contract to provide an answer.
