Small Claims + Computers

A friend is threatening to sue me in small claims court for accidenlty breaking his computer monitor. He and I were both drunk that night and fell over and our feet kicked up and hit the computer monitor. Apparenlty in both of our drunken states my heel hit the monitor and broke it. I was blacked out drunk and he was drunk as well. Does he have a case to sue me in small claims court? and if so what would the expected outcome be? Thanks

If you have homeowners or renters insurance or if you are a student and your parents have it submit the claim to the insurance company. You are likely to lose unless he can't prove that it was your heel that knocked the monitor.
