Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Snail

I purchased a birthday cake from Giant Food Store on 10/5/02 . It was for my duaghter. When i was serving the cake my mother-in law was sitting beside my youngest. Something fell from her cake. It was a snail/slug. I called Giant and told them . they told me to take the cake back so i did they gave me double the money for which i paid. But the big problem was the birthday party was completely messed up. So antoher words my daughters b-day wa a very good one. Is there something i can do about this. i did take a picture of the snail and cake. It didnt come out very good though but you can sorta see.

if nobody got sick, you did well in geting double your money back. You are also fortunate that nobody got sick. and you now have a story to tell. You dont have any recourse worth pursuing
