Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My ex and I split over 2 years ago. He never allowed me to come into the house to collect everything that belonged to me. He is now in forclosure and selling his home, I found out there is going to be a yard sale, with my belongings. Can I show up to remove my things the morning he has his yard sale?

You could how that will go over is anybody's guess.

You don't say if you were married or not so I am going to guess not.

You've had 2 years to either to have him give the stuff back or take him to court so he would be ordered to give your things back to you. To stop the sale you'd need an emergency restraining order.
