Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

In the State of PA ---- if someone slips and falls on spilled water while at work, can they bring a law suit if there are no other vendors or parties responsible for the clean-up at the area?

Assuming you are an employee, you could file a worker's compensation claim, but not a civil lawsuit, against your employer. That is the trade-off of worker's compensation exclusivity--you do not have to prove negligence (just work-related injury) in a worker's compensation claim but cannot file a civil lawsuit for damages.
