Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Can I sue for her lieing to me?
I recently found out that my boyfriend and our friend(his ex) both ''got together'' one night when they were drunk and I was away on business. Months before, she actually sat there and told me that I never would have anything to worry about. Now I am making myself physically ill over this whole scenario. I know it sounds stupid because cheating happens...but this girl lied to me flat out. And I was wondering what my rights are. She has caused a lot of pain in me and I do see there being any justice in sight.

The justice is you found out that your freind and boyfreind are both dirtbags. Good thing it didn't cost you any money.
Sure you can sue them. That's the beauty of our legal system, anyone can sue anybody for anything. The question you meant to ask was can I win anything if I sue them. No. There was no damage.
Had you been married then there is some emerging law that suggests there may be a claim against an interloper. But that is not well tested or settled and certainly will not be applicable to non-marital relationships.
Now ditch your boyfreind, ignore your former freind and move on with your life.
