"i am suing a dealership for selling me a lemon. when i win my case how long does it take to receive the check. or what if the dealership fails to pay what happens?"

Its hard to say when you would receive payment. I would suggest that you direct these questions to your lawyer. If the dealership doesn't pay, then your attorney would take various steps to execute the judgment.
