tremanting lease
my land lord is kicking me my wife and our kids out cause she is saying that our car is leaking oil and we gave her a note from the d&d grage saying there was no leak and my wife is 7 months pregneant they say they have photos of everything but will not show us

Is your lease for a longer period than month-to-month? If so, you may be able to challenge termination successfully. For legal assistance, contact the legal aid society (your county bar association may be able to help you locate it) in your county and ask if there is a group that helps tenants. In general, keep paying your rent and, if they file for eviction, make sure you respond to all paperwork and show up at all hearings and keep telling your side of the story.
