can they take my truck ?

I have a judgement on me can they take my truck if i have a loan on it ? what can they take ? if my truck am i still responsible for loan or are they ? judge ment is for 2000.00 my loan is 20,000.00. do i have to give them all answers on the interrogatories like my s.s. # and who i owe $ to ? and bank accounts

If they take your truck they can sell it and if there is there is not enough to cover the loan you are responsible for it. It is likely that you have to provide them answers to every question that they ask. You can be held in contempt if you refuse to answer and then can be fined or jailed until you comply.
