Uninsured Motorist

Rear ended, other driver not insured, want to sue for damages to my vehicle, what information needed to proceed, have Police Report, Estimate, Photos.

For your property damage did you have collision coverage for your car. If so you can make a claim through your insurance and then the insurance company can attempt to recover from the driver. If you do not have the coverage you would have to sue the driver/and or owner of vehicle. If you are injured you may have a caim through your uninsured motorist coverage. You should call an attorney to discuss your situation.
