Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
water break
we have main water breaks every few years damaging our yard,area around our pool and possibly the block under trailer. We fix everything and they pay us around $2000. we are the only property affected and the cleanup work is back breaking and nasty. what exactly do we have a right to ask for? we havent submitted our claim for damages yet

You are proably shorting yourself by doing the labor since I doubt that they pay you much for that. If you are insured, you should turn the matter over to your insurance company to deal with the municipality or water authority.
