Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
The Other Woman
I have just found out that my husband's boss has been sexually pesuing him for months and that they are having an affair. He moved out of our house after 27 years of marriage and moved in with her. He is out in the middle of no where with no car or telephone. She has a cell phone but I cannot call it to contact him as she said she would have me arrested for harrassment. She has made a fool of me in my community, has caused me pain and suffering and a numerous loss of time from work. Are there still laws that I can file against her for destroying the tranquility of my family. Also aren't there laws that prohibit sexual advances from a boss?

Re: The Other Woman
I do not believe you have any protection. Take it out of him during the divorce.
