Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I was wondering if I would have a "case" against a business that I worked for and was unfairly fired 4 months ago but they're still advertising that I work there on their website?

This business is an Academy and I'm a concert violinist. I taught there for over 2 years. I have a feeling this Academy may be getting more grant money by appearing to have a violin/viola instructor. I don't know this for fact but it may be the case. Whether that's true or not, I don't like that they're still advertising that I teach there.

Do I have a "case"?

You could send them a take down letter. That is please remove me from your web site. If they don't you might have a case. For all you know they are incompetent no malicious. Now if after being told they don't remove it than yes you could sue.
