Legal Question in Health Care Law in Pennsylvania

Hi,

I developed asthma because I work at a movie theatre where they make popcorn without proper ventilation. I have worked here for almost 20 years. I need to take an inhaler and have trouble exceelrcising, running, walking, etc. I have a chronic cough and my quality of life has been demised. Do I have any kind of case against this employer. I have asked them several times about this ventilation issue. The smoke from the popcorn fills the building and makes it difficult to breathe and my cough gets worse. My doctor diagnosed me about 6 months ago.

any information you could give me would help.
