Legal Question in Health Care Law in Pennsylvania
Health Care Grievance
My 4 year old daughter is continually turned down for home nursing care by her insurance company(Gateway). She was borne handicaped with Rett Syndrome and has to be tube fed every 3 hours and has respitory issues as well. We feel, as well as her doctors, that she should have at least 40 to 56 hours a week. We currently have been given 20 hours a week but need more so that my wife can go back to full time work. Do we have a legal case or should we obtain legal help to fight this decision at the next level?

I would be happy to discuss this with you. I have pursued insurance companies on behalf of hospitals for about ten years. My contact information is below and in my profile.
