Legal Question in Health Care Law in Pennsylvania
hey. is there any way i can sue my health insurance company for dropping me from my parents insurance plan because im only 19, i still live at home and im a full time student?

I thoiught under the new amendments in the health care reform law insurers cannot do this. You need to read the policy again and speak to the health insurer to make sure they are in compliance with the law.
What exactly would you be suing for? If the insurer is acting in accordance with the policy, then you can't sue. If there is coverage, it should not be necessary to sue, but see a lawyer who does insurance litigation of this type. This is not an area which I handle and I do not do litigation.
