Legal Question in Health Care Law in Pennsylvania
medical bills
My mom became ill and had to be hospitolized and needed surgery. I just found out she dosent have any medical insurance. she has apprx. 50,000.00 in savings is there any legal way I can move her money into a different account that dose'nt have her name on it, because I believe she wont qualify for medical assistance with having that money

I doubt that there is a way to move the money. Medical Assistance will look back a number of years to determine your mothers income. You should speak with a medical assistance case worker in the county where you live.
