Legal Question in Health Care Law in Pennsylvania
If I surrender a nurse license in one state. Will it affect another license in another state . Volunteer surrender, due to not in the state for over 10 years, and because of a court case hearing of verbally abusing a resident of over 4 years ago . The Board of nursing has put this case off four times in four years I'm tired of the emotional roller coaster and the expense of an attorney to represent me another time
